Young Parish Shine has fun with her soft body
Have you told yourself the same thing on a scheduled day of workout? I have. The weather is bad, maybe tomorrow. I'm tired, maybe tomorrow. I don't have time today, maybe tomorrow. Sometimes we are not actually that busy or tired. We simply lack motivation for working out. What we should do is add something to our everyday routine to spice things up a notch.
