This policy states what may be included in MuffSniffer. It applies to sources, listings, titles, descriptions, tags, performer information, preview images, and linked destinations. Compliance with a source's own rules does not create a right to appear in our catalogue.
Requirements for every listing
A source must be approved before we import its catalogue. It must be able to document that every depicted performer was an adult at the time of production, participated voluntarily, and consented to the relevant recording and distribution; that required records are maintained; and that the source has authority to distribute the content and supply its metadata, preview, and link to us. Listings must be accurately described and available only in territories for which the required rights and legal review exist.
Prohibited content and conduct
We do not permit or link to:
- child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving a person under 18; content that sexualises minors; or content in which a depicted person cannot reasonably be verified as an adult;
- recordings, images, or synthetic media created or distributed without the depicted person's consent, including hidden-camera material, voyeurism, intimate-image abuse, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes;
- coercion, trafficking, exploitation, blackmail, or real sexual violence, injury, or abuse presented as entertainment;
- bestiality or other unlawful sexual content;
- content that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, performer, trademark, or other rights;
- material that impersonates or materially misrepresents an identifiable person, a performer's identity, the nature of the scene, or the source of the content; or
- destinations used for malware, credential theft, fraud, deceptive billing, unlawful goods or services, or evasion of age or territorial controls.
We may adopt a stricter standard than the legal minimum and may decline content whose legality, consent, provenance, or distribution rights cannot be established to our satisfaction.
Reports and enforcement
Anyone can use Report this listing on a catalogue item. Our Notice and Action procedure explains what to include and how decisions are reviewed.
Depending on the facts, we may correct or restrict metadata, temporarily hide a listing, permanently remove and suppress it, block matching identifiers or preview fingerprints, suspend imports, terminate a source relationship, notify the source or affiliate network, preserve limited evidence, or refer a matter where the law permits or requires it. High-risk reports can trigger immediate temporary quarantine of the affected listing, but a human makes the final moderation decision. Commercial value does not override a safety decision.
